Travel Cancellation Policy

If circumstances make you cancel the Tour the cancellation must be Intimated to us in writing. Such cancellation will attract the following Cancellation Charges :

14-08 days prior to the departure of the Tour 70 % of the Cost
7 days or less prior to departure of the tour of a “No Show ’ on the tour 100%of the Cost

The company reserves the right to cancel any Tour prior to the departure, with out assigning any reason. All money paid by you will be fully refunded forth with in Indian rupees currency only. and no compensation will be payable. In case of cruises, 100°/0 of the cruise cost paid will be for feinted in case of any cancellations Irrespective of time of cancellation. The company can not assume responsibility for any additional cost or any fees relating to the issuance and / or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through the company.

PAYMENTS
All payments made within 20 days prior to the tour departure date will have to be paid in cash. The PAN Card copy will be required when payments amounting Rs. 25,000/- or above are made by cash.

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes cancellations are necessary. Please review our cancellation policy below for information on cancellations, refunds, and related procedures.

  1. Cancellation Periods:

    • Cancellations made [X days/weeks/months] or more in advance of the scheduled departure date are eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made within [Y days/weeks/months] of the departure date may be subject to partial or no refunds, depending on the circumstances.
  2. Refunds:

    • Any refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.

    • If you need to modify your travel dates or make changes to your booking, please contact our customer support for assistance. Additional fees may apply.
